What this site collects
When you submit the inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, property state, estimated home value, how you are paid, an approximate deposit range, and how you found the site. Nothing else, and every field is one you typed yourself.
Automatically: standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate region, referring source, device type. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.
What the calculators collect: nothing. Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never transmitted, never stored, and never seen by anyone. No credit is pulled by any page on this site.
What is done with it
Your inquiry is used to respond to you and to evaluate whether a home equity line fits your situation. That is the whole purpose. If you ask for a pre-qualification, a soft credit pull is run with your consent — soft pulls do not affect your credit score.
Who it is shared with
Personal information is not sold. Not to lead aggregators, not to marketing lists, not to anyone.
It is shared only with: West Capital Lending, Inc., where Korbin Spangenthal is licensed; the lender underwriting your file, if you proceed with an application; and service providers who operate this site's infrastructure — web hosting, form handling, email delivery and the customer relationship system used to manage follow-up. Those providers are bound to use the data only to provide their service.
If you begin an application, the lender's own privacy policy governs what happens from that point, and it will be presented to you before you provide anything to them.
Bank account connections
If you choose to connect a bank account as part of an application, that connection is read-only. It returns transaction history for the qualifying review and cannot initiate debits, transfers or any other movement of funds. Your banking login credentials are not visible to, collected by, or stored by this site or by Korbin Spangenthal.
Communications
If you provide a phone number, you may be contacted by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Ask to be removed on any call or email and you will be, permanently.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses standard analytics cookies to understand how pages are found and used. Your browser can block or delete them and the site will continue to work. No advertising pixel is used to build a marketing profile of you across other sites.
Your choices

- Request deletion of your information.
- Request correction of anything inaccurate.
- Opt out of all communication, permanently.

Security and retention
Information is held on reputable third-party platforms with industry-standard protections. No system is perfectly secure, and no one honest claims otherwise. Inquiry information is retained only as long as needed to respond and to meet recordkeeping obligations, then deleted.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
